1)What inspired you to combine your passion for strange animations with a playful meme coin like $TINGUS?
I love making weird stuff. Memecoins are super weird to me. I must see for myself what it's like to make one and what I can develop this project into!
2)$TINGUS is described as having no intrinsic value or utility. How does embracing this "just for fun" approach shape your creative process?
This allows me to come up with whatever I want with no restrictions. My full creative potential and flow will be unlocked and the stuff that comes out will truly be fascinating.
3)Meme coins often thrive on community engagement. How do you involve your supporters in the world of $TINGUS beyond simply holding the token?
First I make content which people can easily share and involve themselves in. A bit of world building. Next, I want to systematically absorb my fans' suggestions and ideas until I am powerful and all knowing. Ultimately, I want everyone to experience and enjoy this world I'm building up brick by brick. Now it's early in the tingus timeline, perhaps it's the Cambrian period equivalent. Loads more to come.
4)Do you plan to use your animations as a way to connect with and grow the $TINGUS community? For example, could fans suggest ideas for your next projects?
Yes, I always listen with the help of my multiple detachable ears - some have legs, some can only fly. But each ear complements the other. How is their teamwork so flawless? The secret is weekly team building exercises. It may seem cheesy and pointless to take them to rock climbing or laser tag, but it actually strengthens their bond. They listen to each other. That's what ears do.
5)Do you envision $TINGUS becoming a broader artistic movement or platform for creators who resonate with your playful, experimental style?
Absolutely. I'm only going to keep growing this. I want to develop this from mere animations into a bigger movement that expands into our everyday lives.
6)What has been the most surprising or rewarding part of launching a meme coin tied to your artistic identity?
Fans here are really hype and energetic. I love how passionate everyone is in this space. This in turn hypes me up and inspires me to create more. I really want to thank everyone who's supported me here!
7)What’s next for you as an artist? Do you have any upcoming projects or ideas that fans of $TINGUS can look forward to?
I have very awesome digital collectibles that will be made and released when the time comes. Another idea I had, albeit very ambitious, would Tingus Mart where people can purchase and trade digital items for fun (using only $TINGUS), like a hotdog or a loaf of bread (with pigeon grubs growing inside of it). I hope this idea is doable and feasible but I'm not sure. Fingers crossed though.
